The eligibility criteria to seek direct admission for the B.A. (Hons.) in Japanese course at JNU is as follows:
80% of the seats in B.A. (Hons.) programme in the School are earmarked for those who have either passed the Senior School Certificate or equivalent examination in the year 2024 or are due to appear in 2025, and the remaining 20% are open to all other candidates.
