<p>The eligibility criteria for direct admission to the B.Sc. in Nursing course at Meridian School of Nursing are:- Minimum age: 17 years on or before 31st December 2024- Maximum age limit: 35 years for Unreserved (UR), OBC, EWS, SC, and ST, and 40 years for candidates with Physical Disability (PD/PwD)- Minimum qualifications: 1. Candidates with Science who have passed the qualifying 12th Standard examination (10+2) and must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) taken together and passed in English individually from any recognised board.2. For SC/ST/OBC candidates, the marks obtained in 3 core subjects shall be 40% instead of 45% for General Category candidates.- English is a compulsory subject in 10+2 for eligibility for admission to B.Sc. Nursing.- Candidates are also eligible from State Open Schools recognised by the State Government and the National Institute of Open Schools (NIOS) recognised by the central government, with Science subjects and English only.- Color Blind candidates are eligible provided that color corrective contact lens and spectacles are worn by such candidates.- The selection of candidates will be subject to medical fitness. - Married candidates are also eligible.</p>
