- M.E. / M.Tech. / M.Pharm in relevant discipline with at least 6.50 CGPA or 60.00 percent marks in aggregate and B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Pharm / M.Sc. / MCA with at least 6.50 CGPA or 60.00 percent marks in aggregate.
- B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Pharm / MCA in relevant discipline with at least 7.00 CGPA or 65.00 percent marks in aggregate.
- M.Sc. with at least 7.00 CGPA or 65.00 percent marks in aggregate (may be relaxed by 0.50 CGPA or 5.00 percent marks for applicants with valid GATE / NET / GPAT score) in relevant discipline
