To seek direct admission for the B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering course at VIT Chennai, the eligibility criteria are:
- Candidates should have been born on or after 1st July 2003.
- Candidates should have completed or be appearing in 2025 in the final examination of the 10+2 system conducted by a recognised Central/State Board.
- The candidate should have a minimum of 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in the 10+2 examination.
- The candidate should have a minimum aggregate of 60% in the 10+2 examination.
