<p>The eligibility criteria for direct admission to the BNYS course at Lucknow University is as follows:</p> <ul> <li>The candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as subjects recognised by Central/State Government.</li> <li>The candidate should have obtained not less than 50 percent marks in aggregate in the Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) at the qualifying examination.</li> <li>However, the candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes shall be given a relaxation of 5 percent in the marks required for eligibility.</li> <li>No candidate shall be admitted to the course unless he/she completes 17 years of age by 31st December of the year of admission or any other date prescribed by the University.</li> </ul>
