What is the eligibility criteria to seek direct admission for the BTech in ECE course at SRM Ramapuram?

<p>The eligibility criteria to seek direct admission for the B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering course at SRM Ramapuram is as follows:- The candidate should have passed in Higher secondary examination (10, +2 pattern) or appearing in Higher Secondary examination in the current academic year with a minimum of 60% aggregate (3 subjects) in Physics (mandatory), Mathematics (mandatory) and at least one of Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Computer Science / Information Technology / Informatics Practices / Engineering Graphics / Botany and (or) Zoology as major subjects in regular subjects in regular stream from any board within India, CBSE, ISCE, Matriculation, IB or NIOS.- The candidate should have attained the age of 16 years and 6 months on the 31st July of the calendar year in which the 12th Board examination is to be held.- The candidate should have a minimum of 60% aggregate in PCM.- The candidate should have attempted Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English &amp; Aptitude in SRMJEEE (UG) to be eligible for all the B.Tech Degree Programs.- Direct Admission: Minimum 60% aggregate in PCM / PMB/PCB/PCB or Z (Botany or Zoology). Students who have not studied Mathematics as one of the major subjects in +2 must undertake an additional 4 credit courses in Mathematics during the First Year of B.Tech.</p>
