The eligibility criteria to seek direct admission for the M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering course at IIIT Delhi are: - B.Tech./BE in CS/IT or its allied areas, or MCA or M.Sc. in CS/IT with 65% marks. - GATE score for those whose GATE marks are above the qualifying marks announced by GATE
