Bachelor's degree holders from IITs with a CGPA of 8.0 or above are eligible for direct admission without GATE.2. For Sponsored Candidates: - A candidate employed in an academic institution, PSU, Govt. R&amp;D organization, or industry is considered a sponsored candidate.- They must have worked for at least two years before admission.- Candidate must be an Indian National.- Candidates working in private firms must submit proof of employment (Salary Bank Account statement/EPF statement).- Applications from candidates sponsored under a MoU between the institute and an organisation or under the QIP programme are eligible.- The employer must agree to relieve the candidate for the duration of the program.- Candidates must have a valid GATE score at the time of admission, except for those with a Bachelor's degree from CFTIs with a CGPA of 8.0 or above.- Minimum 60% or CGPA of 6.0 (10-point scale) is required for UR/OBC candidates.- Minimum 55% or CGPA of 5.5 (10-point scale) is required for SC/ST/PwD candidates.</p>
