The eligibility criteria for direct admission to the M.Tech. in VLSI Design course at NIT Kurukshetra are:
- The candidate should have a B.Sc. (Engg.)/ B.Tech./B.E./ M.Sc. Degree or equivalent examination in the relevant discipline.
- The candidate should have a degree in Electronics & Computer Engineering, Electronics Science & Engineering, Computer Engineering.
- GATE-qualified candidates are given preference, followed by industry-sponsored candidates, and then other candidates.
- Non-GATE candidates are not eligible for scholarships.
