To be eligible for direct admission to the MBBS course at St. John's Medical College, a candidate must:
1. Be at least 17 years old on or before December 31 of the admission year.
2. Have passed Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English individually with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology combined at the Pre-University Course or its equivalent.
3. Have qualified in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test UG (NEET UG) for admission to the MBBS course as per the criteria laid down by the Government of India.
