Graduates with a minimum of 50% marks from BA (Economics), BA (Hons) Economics, B.Com, B.Tech, and MBA are eligible for admission into the Master of Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (MPMIR) course at Banaras Hindu University. However, since the course is mathematics-oriented and uses higher mathematics, candidates desirous of admission into it are required to have Mathematics as a subject at the Senior Secondary School level. Admission to the course is through the ALL INDIA ADMISSION ENTRANCE TEST (PET) conducted by the Banaras Hindu University.
