    Completion of Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics  (PCM) is mandatory. Some institutions might consider PCB  (with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology), but this is less common.

    Scoring well in competitive entrance exams like JEE Main and specific state-level engineering entrance exams is crucial for admission.

    Most of the college ask only for 55% or some college ask for 60 to 65% for any branch. So, the percentage in +2 is not a bar for getting a different branch.
