What is the eligibility criteria to write IAS exam?

Hi, Eligibility Criteria for IAS : - You need to pass graduation in any field from any recognized university. - You are eligible if you are in the final year of graduation. - Your age must be between 21 to 30 years. 3 and 5 years of relaxation for OBC and SC/ST respectively. - You must be an Indian citizen. Hi, About the exam IAS - Indian Administrative Service Exam conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) every year in a pan-Indian basis. Eligible for courses After taking the exam, you will be eligible for Indian Administrative Services and will be allocated services. Eligibility Criteria For Indian Administrative Service, a candidate should be a citizen of India. Candidate should be between 21 – 30 years (both inclusive) as on the date mentioned under the UPSC examination notification. Candidate must be a graduate from a recognized university or a deemed university. Candidate appearing for the final year of bachelor’s degree and awaiting result can also apply. Candidate possesses professional and technical qualification recognised by Government equivalent to the professional and technical degree can also apply. Candidate who has passed the final professional M.B.B.S. or any other Medical Examination but has not completed his/her internship by the time of submission of his/her application for the Civil Services (Main) Examination.
