General Eligibility for Ph.D. Chemistry admission is 60% aggregate score in M.Sc. Chemistry
General Admission Procedure : Candidates are selected through an entrance exam and an interview
CSIR NET (JRF) is not compulsory for Ph.D. admission but it relaxes you from entrance exams conducted by specific institutes and allows you to get a monthly stipend of 31k rupees.
Note: % and admission procedure varies among institutes.
