    Candidates applying for a course need to fulfil the eligibility criteria stated by the university. The basic eligibility is Class 12 for UG courses whereas, graduation is required for PG programmes. Below is course-wise eligibility for DSNLU:

    CourseCommon Eligibility
    BA LLB (Hons)

    Class 12 or equivalent exam with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for SC and ST categories)

    LLMLLB/ five-year integrated LLB from a recognised university with an aggregate of 50%
    PhDMaster’s Degree in Law /LLM/ Social Sciences like MA, MCom, MBA or natural sciences like MSc, M.Tech for interdisciplinary research (from any recognised university or its equivalent with at least 55% aggregate (50% aggregate for SC/ ST/ BC/ Specially Abled and other categories)
    LLDPhD in Law of any social or natural science
