What is the eligibility for applying for a post study work permit for Sweden without leaving the country?

If the student finds a job in Sweden which pays a minimum salary of SEK 13,000 per month before taxes, then he can apply for a Work Permit in Sweden. The student should have completed a minimum of 30 credits or one semester of postgraduate studies in Sweden. His residence permit must still be valid.
