You need to be 10+2 pass with 50% or more marks with the Physics, Chemistry/Computers and Mathematics as the essential subjects. Then appear for the Engineering Entrance Exams. Or if you are a diploma holder from AICTE recognized polytechnic then appear for Lateral Entry Exam of your state.
