To be eligible for studying Liberal Arts at MIT WPU, one must have to satisfy the following criteria:
- Students have to qualify their 10+2 examination from any recognized board across India, like state boards, CBSE or ICSE.
- At least 50 % marks should be there in their last qualifying exam and 45% for Maharashtra's reserved categories.
- They should have profound knowledge in English.
- 3-year Diploma Students from any goverment body will be eligible, but only those having the above percentage criteria.

Candidates need to complete Class 12 with at least 50% aggregate with English as a subject (45% aggregate for reserved category candidates belonging to Maharashtra) to apply for MIT Faculty of Liberal Arts BA programme. Aspirants who have passed three-year Diploma with at least 50% aggregate from any Govt approved institution or equivalent with English as a subject can also apply.
