I want to do cinematography course. I didn't complete my 12th. I have completed ITI technical civil course.

    There will be no problem in pursuing the topic of your own choice and it does not depend on the college and department that you belonged.

    Yeah i understand what you want to do and there is absolutely no problem in pursuing the topic of your own choice and it does not depend on the college and department that you belonged. But since you did not complete the intermediate degree you have a difficult chance to get the courses. also average fees are about 5 lakhs excluding food.
