To apply to business school in USA, you need to have atleast 3 years of work experience post your under graduation. Post that you need to write GMAT and TOEFL and secure good marks. With these scores you need to apply to different colleges in their MBA programs. At this point you will also need 2-3 recommendations from your superiors in company.
