The criteria for the Georgia tech summer programme in bennett university is on the basis of your last semester's sgpa. The cut off for the students last year was 3.0/4.0 . The students are selected on the basis of there knowledge spectrum and then followed by a personal interview for the personality assessment of the student. Approximately a batch of 20-25 students is selected every year for the student exchange programme.

You didn't mention you are considering Georgia Tech for the undergraduate or postgraduate course. For undergraduate: you need to have wonderful academics and a great SAT/ACT score. However, I think you are asking for post-graduation. For MS from Georgia Tech, you need to have a very good academic score, well-written SoP/essays, GRE score of more than 320 (is everything else you submit is average or just good). If you have a lower GRE score than make sure all other components of your application are superb. You will also need two strong recommendations.
