    Nationality for IAS exam: Must be a citizen of India, a person of Indian origin or a subject of Nepal, Bhutan or Tibet settled in India before 1st January 1962. Education Qualification for IAS exam: Candidate must hold a Graduate Degree from a recognised University. UPSC Civil Services Exam Age Limit: Candidate must be a minimum of 21 years of age and must not be more than 32 years of age. Category wise UPSC CSE age limit, relaxation and maximum attempts-

    The eligibility criteria to appear in the IAS (CSE) exam conducted by UPSC are as follows:
    1. You need to have a Bachelor's degree from any UPSC-recognised university.
    2. Your age must not be less than 21 years and not more than 32 years if you are from the general category.
    3. For the OBC category, this age limit is 35 years, and for SC and ST, this age limit is 37 years.
    4. You need to be an Indian citizen to be eligible to apply to this exam.
    5. Applicants from Nepal, Bhutan, or Tibetan refugees may also apply for this exam if they meet the Indian government's eligibility requirements.
