Education Qualification for IAS exam: Candidate must hold a Graduate Degree from a recognised University. UPSC Civil Services Exam Age Limit: Candidate must be a minimum of 21 years of age and must not be more than 32 years of age. General Category & EWS: 32 years; 6 attempts.

The eligibility criteria to appear in the IAS (CSE) exam conducted by UPSC are as follows:
1. You need to have a Bachelor's degree from any UPSC-recognised university.
