Course Eligibility Selection Criteria BTech Minimum of 45% marks as aggregate in class XII in Physics, Mathematics (compulsory) and Chemistry/Computer Science/Biotech/Biology from any recognised board or equivalent. JEE Main/ REAP MTech Candidates must pass BTech / BE with 60 % marks (55% in case of SC/ ST Candidates) in relevant discipline as per Rajasthan Technical University Guidelines Candidates with or without a GATE score are eligible.
