What is the eligibility for MBA in IGNOU? There are two entrances: OPENMAT XLIV and XLV, do I need to clear both?

Here is the eligibility criteria:
You must have obtained a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks for general category and 45% for the reserved category with 3 years managerial/ supervisory/ professional experience. For more information, click here:
