You must have a bachelor's degree of at least 3 years in any discipline from a recognised university.
You need to have studied Mathematics either at the 10+2 level or during your graduation.
You should have at least 60% marks in aggregate in your bachelor's degree (55% for SC/ST).

The minimum eligibility for MCA at Thapar University is passing BCA or its equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 60% (55% for reserved category). Also, Mathematics must be studied at Class 10, Class 12 or graduation level. The selection criteria is merit based with the insitute accepting UG scores
