What is the eligibility for MH SET?

<p>The MH SET eligibility criteria will be released along with the notification. The candidates need to meet the MH SET Eligibility Criteria in order to be able to appear for the MH SET exam. There are certain eligibility criteria parameters for the candidates that are mandatory for all the candidates to satisfy to be eligible for MH SET. The candidates need to satisfy eligibility criteria for age limit, nationality, and other general criteria, including minimum educational qualification, etc. Candidates can check below some of them:</p><ul><li>To apply for the SET, there is no upper age limit.</li><li>Candidates must have Master&rsquo;s Degree recognised by U.G.C., in a subject of SET.</li><li>Candidates other than SC/ST/OBC/SEBC/SBC/DT (VJ)/NT/Transgender/PwD/Orphans, who have secured at least 55% marks (without gracing or rounding off ) in Master&rsquo;s or equivalent examination, are eligible for this test. The OBC/SEBC/SBC/DT (VJ)/NT [belonging to non-creamy layer and SC/ST/Trans-genders/PwD/Orphans who have secured at least 50% marks (without gracing or rounding off) in Master&rsquo;s or equivalent Examination are eligible for this test.</li><li>Candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC/ SEBC/ DT (A) (VJ)/ NT (B, C, D)/ SBC including PwD and Orphans, must ensure that they have a valid category certificate from the Govt. of Maharashtra &amp; Goa.</li><li>As per the U.G.C. rules the candidates who have passed M.Sc. (by PPPR/Research) are not eligible for the SET., etc.</li></ul>
