As you've done B.Com so there are two major courses for you. First M.Com and second MBA/ PGDM. If you go for M.com then rst assured that it will not give u better employablitiy. So my suggestion is go for MBA/PGDM.
let me tell you that there are many colleges for MBA/ PGDM but you need to consider that the following things. I would strongly recommend you to visit the college and possibly enquire about the 3 different criteria
1. The course structure and recognition
2. Course fee and affiliation
3. The Placements

You are not eligible for B.Sc nursing due to commerce background. However if working in hospital attracts you , you can do M.B.A ( HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT) , You will then be in a better job in administrative office of reputed hospitals. The work environment and type of job will also be prestigious. Hone your skills in the field of computer accountancy, tally, paitent medical record data keeping and P.R skills (P.R = Public Relation) . B.Sc. Nursing will take 3.5 to 4 years, where as M.B.A ( Hospital Management will take only 2 years.
