<p>Given below is the eligibility and selection criteria for admission to the PhD programme at IIIT Una.</p><ul><li>MTech in a relevant discipline with a good and consistent academic record.</li></ul><p align="center">OR</p><ul><li>BTech with a minimum CGPA of 8.0 on a 10.0 point scale (GATE may be exempted for a candidate with a bachelor&rsquo;s degree from Centrally Funded Technical Institute (CFTI)/ Government Funded Technical Institute (GFTI) with a minimum CGPA of 8.0).</li><li>Selected candidates will be required to report to the admission cell at IIIT Una for document verification and fee payment.</li></ul>
