What is the eligibility for PhD in mass communication at AJK? My profile: MA (political science) from Kirori Mal College-53.25%.

Hi Trilok,
Ph.D. is done on the basis of subject you have in your master degree with a minimum 55% marks. I suggest you to do MA in Journalism and Mass Communication. Then, you could pursue PhD in Journalism and Mass Communication.
