Post graduation in Canada will be MSc and not Mtech. There are many speiclised programem are available and it wil be a two year programme in Canada. It will cost you around Rs. 14 Lakhs to 16 Lakhs depends upon the university. You need to do IELTS and get minimum 6.5 band for enering Canada.Dont do Toefl and you require IELTS fro canada. Apart from IELTS you need not do any other exam. You need minimum 60 % marks in your degree to get admission and if you ahve more percentage marks you may get some schorlaships.
Germany you require 80% marks to get free education. Even if it free education you require to show rs.8 Lakhs for your living...more -
