SOT PDEU offers UG and PG programmes, namely BTech, MTech, BSc and MSc. Candidates need to fulfil the eligibility requirement to apply for any of the programme. Below is course-wise eligibility:

MSc	Class 12 with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for SC/ ST) in theory and practical of Physics and Mathematics (with MSc
MTech	Bachelor's degree with at least 50% aggregate or CPI/ CGPA of 5.5 in 10 point scale in the qualifying degree in relevant subjects
MTech	Class 12
MSc	Graduation in Science or Technology with a minimum 50% aggregate of all semesters/ years or CPI 5.5 on 10 point scale or equivalent score
PhD	Master's or bachelor's degree in relevant subjects
