The eligibility criteria for the ATMA (Association of Indian Management Schools) exam are as follows:
- Citizenship: Candidates must be Indian nationals
- Educational Qualification: Candidates should have completed their graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks (general category) and 45% marks (reserved category). Final year students can also apply for the exam
- Age Limit: There is no age limit for ATMA
- Number of Attempts: Candidates can attempt the ATMA exam any number of times

Any graduate candidate with a 50 per cent aggregate (45 per cent for the reserved category) can apply for the exam. Another important criteria is that the applicant must be a citizen of India. There is no age limit to appear for the ATMA exam. Candidates in the final year of graduation or are awaiting the results can also appear for the ATMA exam, and can present the mark sheet at the time of admission.
