To be eligible for the BTech programme at IIIT Sonepat, candidates must have passed their 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or any technical vocational subject. Additionally, they must have secured a minimum of 75% aggregate marks (or 65% for SC/ST candidates) in the above-mentioned subjects.
