    University Freeships are offered on a merit-cum-means basis. Students must have scored at least 75% in their qualifying exam, belong to a rural area, and hold an Antyodaya Card for a 100% tuition fee waiver. Wards of regular university employees may be eligible for a 50% fee waiver. Freeships cover 2% of total seats per course level.
