Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree or its equivalent in any discipline from a recognized university or institution with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) in order to be eligible for the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) course offered by Great Lakes Institute of Management, Gurgaon. The PGDM program is designed for young leaders with less than 3 years of work experience.
