C. V. Raman Global University has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

| B.E. / B.Tech | Candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies and secured above mentioned marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the subjects taken together. or Candidate must have passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted. |
| M.Sc. | For admission, the applicant should be a Resident / Non-Resident Indian National / PIO Holder. |
| PG Diploma | Interested Candidate should have a graduation degree in relevant field from a UGC approved University. |
| UG Diploma | Candidates passed 10+2 or equivalent from recognised board are eligible to apply. |
| M.A. | For admission, the applicant should be a Resident / Non-Resident Indian National / PIO Holder. |
| BBA | Interested Candidate should have passed Class 10+2 from a recognised board. |
| B.Sc. | For admission, the applicant should be a Resident / Non-Resident Indian National / PIO Holder. |
| After 10th Diploma | Candidate who have passed 10th standard examination declared equivalent by BSE, Odisha can also apply. The lower age limit is 14 years and there is no upper age limit. |
| LL.B. | Candidates passed graduation or equivalent from recognised university or institution are eligible to apply. |
| MBA/PGDM | Candidate must have completed Bachelor degree of minimum 3 years duration with above mentioned marks from any recognised University/Institute. 45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category. |
| MCA | Candidate must have completed BCA/ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent Degree with above mentioned marks from any recognised University/Institute. OR Candidate who have completed B.Sc./ B.Com./ B.A. with Mathematics at 10+2 Level or at Graduation Level can also apply. 45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category. |
