Calcutta Institute of Nursing and Paramedical Science has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

| B.Sc. (Post Basic) | Candidates must have passed 10+2 (PCB) along with GNM from any recognized board. |
| B.Sc. | Candidates must have passed 10+2 (PCB with minimum 45% marks) from any recognized board. |
| B.H.A. | Candidates must have passed 10+2 in any stream from any recognized board. |
| B.Ed | Candidates must have a bachelors degree from any recognized university. |
| UG Diploma | Candidates must have passed 10+2 in any stream from any recognized board. |
| D.Pharma | Candidates must have passed 10+2 from any recognized board. |
