CNK Reddy College of Pharmacy has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

| Pharm.D | Candidate should have completed the age of Seventeen Years as on 31st December of 2023. |
| B.Pharma | Candidates completed Diploma in Pharmacy and secured minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC, ST, OBC, Cat-1, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B category candidates) from an institution approved by PCI are also eligibile to apply. |
| D.Pharma | Candidate must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics from any recognised Board/Council. |
