Dr. B.C. Roy Engineering College has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:
CoursesEligibility
B.E. / B.TechCandidate having passed Diploma in Engineering/ Technology from a recognised board or must have completed B.Sc. from a recognised university with minimum 60% marks.
M.E./M.TechCandidates completed M.Sc. In Electronics /Physics (with Electronics special) or equivalent to B.E./B.Tech from any recognised institute/university are also eligible to apply.
BBACandidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised school/board with English as one of the subjects.
BOPTMStudents havingPhysics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics asthe subjects at 10+2 level will be preferred.
B.Sc.Students havingPhysics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics asthe subjects at 10+2 level will be preferred.
BCAStudents having Mathematics/ Statistics/ English/ Business Mathematics/ Computer Science/ IT/ Information Practice/ Computer Application as one of the subjectsat 10+2 level will be preferred.
MBA/PGDMCandidate must have completed graduation from a recognised university. Final Year students are also eligible.
MCACandidates passed Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3 (three) years duration with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at graduate level and obtained at least mentioned marks (45% marks for candidate belonging to reserved categories) at the qualifying examination.
