Gyan Vidhi Mahavidyalya has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

| LL.M. | Candidate who have completed PGDLL/PGDCI/PGDLFS with 55% marks for general and 50% marks for OBC/SC/ST can also apply. |
| LL.B. | Candidate must have completed graduation with above mentioned marks from any recognised University/Institute. |
