To be admitted is another league, your entire profile will be strictly scrutinized, yout career orientation must be clear and you must be having significant achievements and career growth. Remember that mere meeting the eligibility criteria won't suffice. Urge you to check the Harvard Business school website for details.

To get into Harvard, your UG result is not enough. Harvard is one of the top business schools, so when you try to get admission, they not only analyze your UG marks, they see a whole picture of you.
For example:
1. The school you studied.
2. The curricular activities, which you have taken. (Essay competition, your participation in essay writing and speech competitions).
3. The college you studied.
You will have a better chance, if you are a medalist from IIT and a you need to have really high score in GMAT and any one of the English proficiency language exams.
