Indian Institute of Design has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

| B.Des | Candidates appearing for 10+2 in 2018-2019 may also apply, however to qualify for admissions, clearing 12th grade with min 40% average is mandatory. Must possess a completed portfolio showcasing original and relevant creative work. |
