Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:
Courses Eligibility M.Sc. Candidates must be graduate in relevant stream from recognized university B.E. / B.Tech Candidate must have passed Diploma in relevant stream from a recognized Institute. B.Arch Candidate who have passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized Institute/ University can also apply.
Candidates appearing for 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics in the current year may also provisionally appear for NATA-2023.M.E./M.Tech Candidate must have graduate in relevant stream from recognized board. MCA Candidate must have completed BCA/ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent Degree with above mentioned marks from any recognised University/Institute.
OR
Candidate who have completed B.Sc./ B.Com./ B.A. with Mathematics at 10+2 Level or at Graduation Level can also apply.
45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category.After 10th Diploma Candidate passed 10th class/equivalent conducted by BSE, Odisha/equivalent are eligible to apply.
The lower age limit is 14 years and there is no upper age limit.
