Jyoti Nivas College has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

Courses	Eligibility
B.Sc.	Candidates from Karnataka must secure 50% marks in aggregate.
M.A.	Candidate must have passed with 40% marks in the aggregate of all subjects and mentioned marks in B.A./B.Sc./B.Com./BBA/BCA. Graduates who have secured at least 55% marks in the Language concerned in the degree course are also eligible.
BBA	Candidates from Karnataka must secure 50% marks in aggregate.
B.Com	Candidates from Karnataka must secure 50% marks in aggregate.
B.A.	Candidates from Karnataka must secure 50% marks in aggregate.
B.Voc	Candidates from Karnataka must secure 50% marks in aggregate.
BCA	Candidates from Karnataka must secure 50% marks in aggregate.
MCA	Candidate should have studied Maths at 10+2 stage or at graduation level.
