What is the eligibility to get admission in MIT USA for doing M.S. in computer science?

I am doing B.E. with information science & engineering with the current CGPA 7 in Bangalore. Right now I am in 3rd year. I got 88% in 10th boards and 68% in 12th boards. Am I eligible to take admission in MIT USA or university of California,Berkeley for MS in computer science?
