NISER - National Institute of Science Education and Research has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

Courses

Eligibility

B.Sc.

Candidate have to appear in NEST is: 60% marks for general category and 55% for SC/ST/PD category in aggregate (or equivalent grade). Students who have passed the Class XII qualifying examination in last two years or appearing in that year are eligible to apply. The candidates must not be more than 20 years of age; this limit is relaxable as per the Central Government norms for SC/ST/PD candidates.
