what is the eligibility to get admission in Ph.d. of applied maths subject and fee structure ?

what is duration for same course? Is it must to attend regular classes? or can we do from home? if i registered my admission and if i get any family problem then should i continue after 6 month or 1 year? please reply as early as possible.
