| Ph.D. | Candidate passed MD (Microbiology) or its equivalent from a University/ Institute 5 recognized by MCI and must have completed 02 years Senior Residency. |
| FNB (Fellow of National Board) | Candidate passed in M.Ch. (Neurosurgery) or its equivalent from an University/ Institute recognized by MCI and Must have completed their degree. |
| B.Sc. | Candidates who have passed the Senior Secondary School Examination of National Open School with a minimum of 5 subjects with any of the following group subjects:a.English, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology b.English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and any other language. |
| DM | Must be within the prescribed age limit - For OBC candidates (please attach proof as per Annexure*): 40 years - For SC/ST candidates, Ex-Servicemen and Commissioned Officer including ECO, SSCO who have rendered or released on satisfactory assignment (please attach proof): 42 years |
| M.Ch. | Must be within the prescribed age limit - For OBC candidates (please attach proof as per Annexure*): 40 years - For SC/ST candidates, Ex-Servicemen and Commissioned Officer including ECO, SSCO who have rendered or released on satisfactory assignment (please attach proof): 42 years |
| MD | Candidates who have completed the required period of 12 months compulsory rotating Internship/Practical training are eligible to admission for PG courses at PGIMER Chandigarh. |
| MHA | Candidates completed graduation/bachelor's degree from any recognized institute/university are eligible to apply. |
| MPH | The candidate must possess MBBS/BDS/B.V. Sc/BE/MA/M. Sc with minimum marks in aggregate mentioned above from a University/ Institute recognized by the Medical /Dental/Veterinary council of India/ the Institution of Engineers (India) and UGC/AICTE and must have either completed, or due to complete, respective rotatory internship training on or before 30thJune (if applicable) and must be registered with Central /State Medical/Dental/Veterinary Registration Council. (if applicable) can apply. |
