Sir L.A. Shah Law College has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

| LL.M. | Candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board |
| LL.B. | Candidate must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. Note: students who have completed 10+2 or graduation through Open University with no prior qualification in prosecuting are not eligible to apply |
