SLB Medical College has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

| BPT | Candidates passed 12th standard Board Examination (Odisha Board/ ICSE/ CBSE) in Science stream or equivalent examination and with mentioned marks in aggregate of the mandatory subjects are eligible to apply. |
